Rental Information
Friday & Saturday Rental Fee: $1,995.00 plus tax
Sunday Rental Fee: $1495.00 plus tax

Included with your rental is unlimited access to our facility starting at 9am the day of your event for setting up, decorating and preparing. Bride and Groom Suites are available to you for dressing & getting prepped for the big day! You may use our beautiful deck overlooking Lake Fairview for your ceremony. Warm up by the brick fireplace with a cozy fire or simply fill it with candlelight! Tables & chairs are provided for every event which will accommodate seating for 225 guests.
Deposit to reserve your date is $700.00 plus tax, this deposit is non-refundable, this goes towards your rental price.
