Rental Information
Saturday Rental Fee: $2,000.00
plus tax
Friday Rental Fee: $1,500.00 plus tax
|
Included with your rental is unlimited access to our facility the day of your event for setting up, decorating and preparing. You may use our beautiful deck overlooking Lake Fairview for your ceremony. Following your ceremony you will have a 4-hour reception with 2 hours to break down. You may use our brick fireplace for a cozy fire or with candlelight and all of our tables and chairs, which will provide you with seating for 200 people.
Deposit to reserve your date
is $250.00 plus tax, this deposit is non-refundable. Balance
of rental fee and all additional fees including room set
up if you choose ($75.00) break down of room if you choose
($75.00) and bar fees are due 30 days prior to event per contract. There
is a supervisory fee of $100.00 added to each invoice.
